2025 Budget Review Meetings
Budget review meetings take place in late summer, near the end of the County's annual budget planning cycle. Representatives from departments and agencies present their business plans and proposed budgets to Commission Chairwoman Nicole Love Hendrickson and members of the budget review team, which includes several Gwinnett residents and County staff. This year, Hendrickson invited four residents to help review needs and allocate resources for the 2025 budget.
Three of this year’s committee members, David Cuffie, Michael Park, and Ronald S. Skeete return to lend their expertise. New to the committee this year is Denise Rumbaugh.
The Chairwoman’s proposed 2025 budget will be made available to the public and news media when it is presented to commissioners in November. A public hearing on the budget will be held this December. By County ordinance, the Board of Commissioners must adopt the annual budget during its first meeting in January.
The presentations will be available by the end of each day and available on demand on this webpage. Presentations will also be aired at a later date on TV Gwinnett, the County’s government access cable television. Click the links below to watch the presentations or view the materials.
