The Gwinnett County Police Department is investigating a domestic-related homicide that left one female deceased.

At approximately 7:30 a.m., our officers assigned to our West Precinct responded to 1100 Gwinnett Station Circle in unincorporated Tucker in reference to a person shot. When officers arrived, they discovered one deceased adult female suffering from at least one gunshot wound. The scene was secured, and investigators from our Homicide unit responded along with our Crime Scene Unit. Preliminary details indicate this is a domestic related incident where the suspect and the victim knew each other and lived together. Homicide investigators are conducting interviews and crime scene units are processing the scene. The Medical Examiners office has also been requested.

Investigators have been able to identify the suspect and are working on locating the suspect in this case.
