Paving on the new roundabout outside the Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center and on sections of Constitution Boulevard and Langley Drive began on Thursday, February 10 and will continue through Saturday, February 12. The paving was originally expected to be completed in January, but low temperatures have delayed the project. After completion of paving activities, construction will continue on the roundabout through March. 

Contractor Summit Construction & Development LLC will continue striping and other final construction activities through March 2022 with work hours from 9:00am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday and 7:00am to 5:00pm each Saturday. Signage will be posted along the route to safely direct drivers in and around the area. Minimal traffic interruptions are expected during the course of the work.

When complete, the project will include a new roundabout at the intersection, new drainage improvements, and overhead street lighting.

This project is funded by the 2017 SPLOST program.
