The Law Department’s Transportation and Water Division consists of attorneys who oversee issues involving transportation and water/sewer. They draft easements for water and sewer facilities, condemn property needed for public works projects, and handle petitions to quiet title to real property and judicial foreclosures. The attorneys in this division are assigned to represent the Gwinnett County Transportation, Water Resources, Community Services, and Support Services Departments, the Fleet Maintenance Division, and other similar departments.
