All Gwinnett County volunteers must agree to and complete the Waiver of Liability and Release form before participating in any volunteer project or event.

Additionally, some volunteers may be required to complete an Authorization/Consent for Background Check form, depending on the volunteer opportunity. A volunteer liaison will contact you if a background check is required for the particular assignment.

Children under 18 years of age need permission from a parent or guardian to volunteer.
