Glass Recycling Program
Gwinnett County glass recycling provides residents with the opportunity to drop off glass for safe and sustainable recycling. Residents can bring clean, empty glass containers for recycling to locations throughout the County.
Glass Recycling Stations
All locations are open from sunrise to 11:00pm unless posted otherwise.

FAQs
What can I put in the container?
- Glass food and beverage containers (all colors, labels and lids can stay on)
- Drinking vessels (pint, wine, mason jars)
- Candle jars (leftover wax is acceptable)
- Cosmetic bottles/jars
- Windows, shower doors, table tops (frames/hardware must be removed)
What is not acceptable to put in the container?
- Cardboard
- Trash bags
- Porcelain
- Ceramic
- Milk glass
- China/leaded glass
- Mirrors
- Laminated glass/windshields
- Pyrex/Corningware
- Dishware
- Light bulbs
- TVs
Are labels and metal lids okay?
- Yes. Labels may be left on the container or removed. Metal lids may be left on as they will be removed by a magnet.
