UPGRADES COMING TO THE BILL ATKINSON ANIMAL WELFARE CENTER
Renovation construction of the Bill Atkinson Animal Welfare Center will begin on Monday, April 28. The center will remain open during the construction and will continue to operate with regular business hours, providing full services and accepting donations.
There will be intermittent parking area closures; please use caution when visiting the center and obey all posted signage. Parking or standing in line before 7:30am will not be allowed.

Before Your Visit
- There are no animal holds at any time
- You can bring family members and current pets to your meet and greet, but please be mindful of others waiting their turn
- Adoptable cats and dogs have been spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped
- Per Gwinnett County Ordinance (Sec. 66-7), overnight camping is prohibited
