(Lawrenceville, Ga., September 19, 2022) – The Gwinnett Police Department is investigating the murder of Patrick Jones (39-year-old male from Lawrenceville, Ga).

On Saturday, September 17, shortly after 7:48 P.M. officers responded to a “person shot call” on Britain Drive. Upon arrival, officers located Jones deceased outside of an apartment building. A second victim, Kevin March (49-year-old male from Lawrenceville, Ga) was located a short distance away. March had multiple gunshot wounds and was transported to a local hospital in critical condition.

At this time, the motive for the incident is unknown and no arrests have been made.  Gwinnett Police investigators are asking the public to contact the police department with any information relevant to this investigation.
