Microtransit is an on-demand, shared ride service where customers can use the Ride Gwinnett app to book their trips. At $3 per trip, the service is a convenient, flexible, and affordable way to travel to local healthcare services, jobs and businesses, entertainment and recreation, and more.

Currently, microtransit is available in Snellville and Lawrenceville. With Gwinnett’s Transit Plan, the service could expand to 27 zones that provide 100 percent transit coverage in Gwinnett.
