The Law Department’s Planning and Development and Administrative Division consists of attorneys who primarily oversee zoning, development, land use, property acquisitions, and administrative issues for Gwinnett County. The attorneys in this division review contracts for land purchases as well as review and litigate tax appeals. The attorneys in this division are assigned to represent the Gwinnett County Planning and Development and Finance Departments, the Elections Division, and other similar departments.
