Please submit your request to meet with Chairwoman Hendrickson 30 to 45 days in advance of the requested meeting date. 

Due to the volume of requests received by Chairwoman Hendrickson, your request may be given to the appropriate County department for review and follow-up.

Please do not use Chairwoman Hendrickson’s name on any media or promotional materials related to the event unless and until you receive approval from the Office of the Chairwoman.

All meeting attendees must be listed on your scheduling request, and the Office of the Chairwoman reserves the right to decline admittance to anyone not previously listed or approved as an attendee.
