UPDATE #1: (Norcross, Ga., Sept 23, 2024) – Jhon Sebastian Terencio-Quant has been located and is deceased. Detectives do not suspect any foul play currently, and his death appears to be drug-related. Next of kin notifications have been made, and the official cause of death will be determined by the medical examiner's office.

ORIGINAL: (Norcross, Ga., Sept 20, 2024) – The Gwinnett County Police Department is asking the public for assistance in locating a missing 20-year-old male from Norcross.

On September 11, a family member contacted 911 to report Jhon as missing.  A roommate of Jhon told the family member that he had left with an unknown male to a hotel, possibly in the area of Chamblee Tucker Road, on September 4. Jhon does not have a working cellphone, which makes it hard for family members to confirm this information. The lead investigator assigned to this case gathered information that Jhon left the temporary residence in Norcross and visited the Horizon Inn on 6187 Dawson Blvd with an unknown acquaintance on September 7. After several hours, Jhon’s acquaintance wanted to leave the hotel, but Jhon decided to stay. Jhon was last seen on September 11 on foot in the area of Pleasantdale Road in Doraville.
