Gwinnett County Transit was formed in 2000 to provide express, local and complimentary paratransit services for the people of Gwinnett County. Bus stops are identified with a Gwinnett County Transit sign, which indicates the routes that stop there. Gwinnett County Transit does not operate on the following holidays: New Year's Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day.
