(Lawrenceville, Ga., Sept. 15, 2023) – Gwinnett Police Detectives are looking to identify a suspect that stole a woman’s purse.

On August 25, and approximately 1:30 p.m. the victim was at 2174 Pleasant Hill Road and was resting in her car in the parking lot with the windows down.  The suspect approached the passenger side of the car and reached in and grabbed the victim’s purse.  The suspect fled on foot towards Satellite Blvd.

The victim described the suspect as a black male, possibly in his teens.  She said he was approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall, slim build, light skin, and was wearing a light blue shirt with shorts.
