Two Men Arrested for Homicide *UPDATE*
The Gwinnett County Police Homicide Unit has arrested two men in connection with the homicide that occurred at The Columns at Paxton apartments on June 28, 2011. Investigators developed probable cause to arrest the men for Homicide and Aggravated Assault. The two men have been identified as;
- 1. 19 year old black male, Brandon Mosley. He resides at 4305 Paxton Lane #309 in Lilburn, GA.
- 2. 17 year old white male, Hunter Mason Davis. He resides at 1310 Compton Woods Drive in Snellville, GA.
Both men are in custody at the Gwinnett County Jail and are being held without bond.
(Tuesday June 28, 2011 at approximately 1:50 PM) The Gwinnett County Police Department is working a homicide at The Columns at Paxton apartments located at 4305 Paxton Lane (near Highway 78 and Killian Hill Road) in unincorporated Lilburn. At about 1:50 PM today, an off duty officer (who is a courtesy officer at The Columns at Paxton apartments) discovered the body of a white male in one of the stairwells of the 1000 building. The victim was deceased and the off duty officer called the incident in. Responding officers and detectives were told by several people in the complex that they had heard two or three gunshots a short time before the body was discovered.
The victim has been identified as 19 year old Angelo Larocca. Larocca arrived at the complex with three friends in a white Honda passenger car. Those friends have been cooperative in the investigation. Larocca was not a resident of The Columns at Paxton.
At this time, we are not prepared to release information regarding motive and suspects. The investigation is active and ongoing.
