(Lawrenceville, Georgia) The following video was created by the Gwinnett County Police Department. The objective of the video was to educate the general public and young drivers on reasonable ways to interact with the police during traffic stops. It was also designed to enlighten viewers on what Georgia Law requires of drivers when they are stopped by the police. It is paramount for citizens and police to remain as safe as possible during traffic stops. Gwinnett County Police Department’s method for increasing safety during traffic stops is to continuously train police and educate drivers on Georgia Law and department policy.
