Beginning in early 2010, the Gwinnett County Police Department Narcotics Unit received information about two groups of people selling methamphetamine in Gwinnett.  The detectives involved in this case were able to determine that both groups were buying and selling between each other.  A long term investigation was started in September 2010 and resulted in the following:

Spencer Byram, 21 y.o. male - possession of less than an ounce of marijuana, trafficking in methamphetamine

Rebekah Mount, 27 y.o. female - trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of a weapon during a crime

Bertin Ayala-Millan, 37 y.o. male - VGCSA possession of a controlled substance

Orlando Lopez-Ayala, 24 y.o. male - trafficking in methamphetamine

Juan Antonio Trejo-Zapatero, 27 y.o. male - trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of a weapon during a crime, VGCSA intent to distribute

Estella Betancourt, 46 y.o. female - trafficking in methamphetamine, trafficking in cocaine

Felipe Garcia aka Jaime Gutierrez-Garcia, 53 y.o. male - trafficking in methamphetamine

Debra Lynn Holley, 54 y.o. female - conspiracy to commit a crime

Rigoberto Medina, 31 y.o. male - VGCSA intent to distribute

Kinneth Ray Devrick, 34 y.o. male - conspiracy to commit a crime, VGCSA intent to distribute

Tracy Devrick, 37 y.o. female - conspiracy to commit a crime, VGCSA possess of schedule II drug

Yasmin Palacio-Pineda, 29 y.o. female - trafficking in methamphetamine

Guadalupe Pineda-Jaimes, 30 y.o. male - trafficking in methamphetamine

Aurelio Perez-Pineda, 30 y.o. male - trafficking in methamphetamine, driving w/o a license

William Miles Rosser, 32 y.o. male - conspiracy to commit a crime, driving w/ suspended license

Isidoro Villegas-Aguirre, 30 y.o. male - trafficking in methamphetamine, possession of a weapon during a crime

Jason Dehart, 30 y.o. male - VGCSA possession of a controlled substance

Jessica Edgar, 19 y.o. female - VGCSA possession of a controlled substance 

Corina Lineth Fierro-Ayala, 19 y.o. female, warrant outstanding
