District Attorney’s Office receives FBI-LEEDA Trilogy Award

The Gwinnett County District Attorney’s Office made history as the first prosecutorial office in the nation to receive the esteemed FBI Law Enforcement Executive Development Association Trilogy Award, a recognition that highlights the office’s outstanding leadership and commitment to excellence in law enforcement.

The presentation for the award was held Monday, December 9 in the Gwinnett Justice and Administration Center Auditorium.

The Trilogy Award is a distinguished honor presented by the FBI-LEEDA and is given to individuals and organizations that demonstrate extraordinary efforts in fostering leadership, developing innovative law enforcement practices, and creating lasting partnerships with other agencies.

The award was presented by FBI-LEEDA Executive Director Jacquese Battiste to Gwinnett District Attorney Patsy Austin-Gatson, Chief Assistant District Attorney John Melvin, and the District Attorney’s Investigative Command staff.

The FBI-LEEDA Trilogy Award honored members of the Investigative Command Staff including Chief Investigator Adam Gardner, Assistant Chief Investigator Andres Rodriguez, and Assistant Chief Investigator Chris Ford.

This recognition is a testament to the dedication and collaborative spirit of the entire team.

The event marks a significant achievement for the Gwinnett County District Attorney’s Office and celebrates its continued dedication to upholding justice and supporting law enforcement initiatives in the community.
