Health Centers
The Gwinnett County Health department works to promote, protect, and ensure the health of those who work, live, and play in our community and continually strive to meet the varied health needs of residents and visitors. Our health department envisions safe, healthy communities in which all individuals have access to quality, affordable health services.
Our health departments offer an array of health services on a sliding scale fee, regardless of income. Methods of payments accepted include cash, debit cards, Medicaid/Medicare, Georgia Better Health Care, Peach Care, Private Insurance, Visa, Master Card, and Discover Card.
The Gwinnett County Health Department has health centers in Buford, Lawrenceville, and Norcross (address and phone numbers listed below) that are easily accessible via public transportation and in convenient locations to a vast majority of clients.
