Residents will have the opportunity to ask questions and learn about the transit study by attending public information meetings.

The first set of public information meetings are scheduled for:

• February 9, 2012 • 5:00pm – 7:00pm
  Gwinnett Place Marriott
  1775 Pleasant Hill Road
  Duluth, GA 30096

Representatives from Gwinnett County Department of Transportation and the study consultant, Atkins North America, will be available at both meetings with study plans and displays. There will be no formal presentation.

The public is also welcome to attend the Policy Advisory Committee meetings; these meetings are open to the public.

The Policy Advisory Committee will hold their first meeting at 1:00pm on March 7, 2012. The meeting will be held at the DOT Central Facility located at 620 Winder Highway in Lawrenceville. Please note that access to the facility will be from Seaboard Industrial Drive off Hosea Road due to the closure of the entrance on US 29/Winder Highway.
