Fleet Services manages the operation of Gwinnett County's Fleet Management shop of 2800 county owned vehicles to assure they are in compliance with safety and EPA regulations. Other functions are:

• Manages the daily maintenance and repair activities and operations of the shop, including repairs of fire, police, automotive, heavy truck and all technicians and supervisors
• Oversees the preventive maintenance program scheduling, reports, budgeting, cost, and quantity and quality repair
• Manages relationships with fleet customers and outside vendors to ensure quality service
