The mission of the Gwinnett County Training Division is to strengthen community relations and trust; provide community related and crime prevention programs; coordinate the volunteer program; conduct staff inspections; oversee planning and research for the Department; and oversee the basic and in-service training for departmental personnel.  The Training Division consists of the Community Affairs Section, the Planning and Research Section and the Training Section.
