You can submit your notice of change of name or address either by mail to the Gwinnett County Office of Elections, 455 Grayson Hwy, Suite 200, Lawrenceville, GA 30046, Online with the Secretary of State’s Office, or you can scan your notice of change, including your signature and email it to:

voterregistration@gwinnettcounty.com

In either case, the notice must include your signature to be valid. Notice: Cannot be made by telephone.

After your change is processed, you will be mailed a new voter notification. If a the notification does not arrive within a few weeks, please call us at 678.226.7210 to confirm that your change was received. Please note that the notification cannot be used in place of a valid Photo ID, as it does not include a photo.
