Lilburn Community Improvement District Board
Local legislation was passed in 2001 providing for the creation of community improvement districts within Gwinnett County. The Lilburn Community Improvement District was activated on March 23, 2010 by County Resolution consenting to its creation and the written consent of the electors of the district.
The Board of Commissioners has one appointment that serves at the Pleasure of the Board.
Term
All terms of office shall be for three years, except the appointed board members who serve at the pleasure of the governing body which appointed them.
Qualifications
Board members must be residents within the district.
