Interactive Fountain Rules
To create a safe and enjoyable experience for both patrons and staff, Parks and Recreation encourages patrons to read and abide by the following rules.
General
- Organized groups with more than 10 people (25 guests maximum) must make a reservation (reservations don’t include exclusive use)
- Parks and Recreation doesn’t lifeguard or staff the interactive fountain (use at your own risk)
- Visitors may enjoy the interactive fountain for free during open hours
- Visitors should call 911 for emergencies
- Visitors can call 678.277.0931 to report maintenance issues
Attire
Visitors who enjoy the interactive fountain must wear appropriate swimwear. Children not potty trained must wear a swim diaper and plastic/vinyl cover under their swimwear.

Health/Safety
The interactive fountain will close for inclement weather (lightning, thunder, and heavy rain).

Patrons:
- Must not enter the interactive fountain if they have an infectious or communicable disease, open/bandaged sores, blisters, ear/nasal discharge, or diarrhea (currently or within the last two weeks)
- Dispose of trash in the designated receptacles
Children must:
- Have their diapers changed in the restrooms
- Be accompanied by an adult (at least 18 years old)
- Ages 0 to 6 = one adult for every three children
- Ages 7 to 10 = one adult for every 10 children
Day care/school groups:
- Adults must explain and help enforce all pool rules
- Non-Gwinnett Resident groups (includes all adults and children within the group) may only visit after 4:00pm
- Children must be accompanied by an adult in the water during open swim and on the deck during adult swim, and must visit the bathroom and concessions one at a time or be accompanied by an adult as a group
- 1 – 10 children = one adult
- 11 – 20 children = two adults
- 21 – 30 children = three adults
- 31 – 40 children = four adults
- 41 – 50 children = five adults
- 51 – 60 children = six adults
