Gwinnett Pride in the Park
Gwinnett thrives with Pride! In Gwinnett County, we celebrate Pride Month every June to affirm our support for the LGBTQ+ community.
Across the country, Pride Month is recognized every year to commemorate the Stonewall Uprising, a series of protests in 1969, which was a turning point for the Gay Liberation Movement. Bring the entire family to enjoy a wellness walk with a twist, recognizing trailblazers in the LGBTQ+ community. Then, join View Point Health, Live Healthy Gwinnett, and other vendors for on-site health screenings and wellness resources!
Mark your calendars for the County’s Pride in the Park event on Saturday, June 29 from 8:00am to 1:00pm at Bethesda Park in Lawrenceville, located at 225 Bethesda Church Rd.
Arrive early for Yoga Flow with Kim to stretch before the walk. Afterwards, join Celebrity Dance Fitness Instructor, Dwight Holt Jr., for his Dance Your Pounds Off movement class.
