  Approval/authorization for the Chairman of the Urban Redevelopment Agency of Gwinnett County, Georgia to execute a Supplemental Bond Resolution, supplementing and amending the Bond Resolution adopted by the Urban Redevelopment Agency of Gwinnett County, Georgia on October 16, 2018 which authorized the issuance of Urban Redevelopment Agency of Gwinnett County, Georgia Revenue Bonds (OFS Property Acquisition Project), Federally Taxable Series 2018, for the purpose of financing the costs of an urban redevelopment project consisting of the acquisition of 103 acres of land, together with improvements and personal property thereon, located at the intersection of Jimmy Carter Boulevard and Crescent Drive; authorized the execution and delivery of an Intergovernmental Contract between the Urban Redevelopment Agency of Gwinnett County, Georgia and Gwinnett County, including authority to execute any and all other documents necessary to complete the transaction; authorizing the Chairman of the Urban Redevelopment Agency of Gwinnett County, Georgia to execute any license or lease agreement related to any portion of the Project, all documents being subject to approval as to form by the Gwinnett County Law Department.
