Approval/authorization for the Chairman to execute Resolutions of Commitment to apply for and accept, if awarded, four Atlanta Regional Commission grants in an amount up to $11,744,226.00. The funding will be used to implement the following projects: Jimmy Carter Boulevard and Buford Highway intersection improvements M-0893, New Interchange at I-85 and McGinnis Ferry Road F-1054, Ronald Reagan Parkway Resurfacing M-0663 and Western Gwinnett Bikeway extension F-1065/F-1072. Should these grants be awarded, County matching funds will be required in the amount of $2,936,057.00 Approval for Chairman to execute any and all related documents, subject to approval by the Law Department.
