Please submit your request to meet with Commissioner Jasper Watkins 30 to 45 days in advance of the requested meeting date.
Due to the volume of requests received by Commissioner Watkins, your request may be given to the appropriate County department for review and follow-up.
Please do not use Commissioner Watkins name on any media or promotional materials related to the event unless and until you receive approval from the Office of the Commissioner.
All meeting attendees must be listed on your scheduling request, and the Office of the Commissioner reserves the right to decline admittance to anyone not previously listed or approved as an attendee.
Requests submitted through this online scheduling portal may be subject to open records.
